Join the Greater Manchester Youth Justice University Partnership (GMYJUP) on the 26th October for the our third GMYJUP annual conference: Participatory Youth Practice: A new framework for youth justice, hosted at Manchester Metropolitan University.

GMYJUP provides an innovative, ground breaking model linking effective practice, research capabilities and collaborative approaches, supporting Greater Manchester to lead the way nationally in collaborative approaches to delivering effective practice in youth justice.

This year we will be launching GMYJUP’s new Participatory Youth Practiceframework of practice for youth justice. Participatory Youth Practice is an evidence based, research-informed framework of youth justice practice, developed through co-creation and participatory research with young people in Greater Manchester. It uses young people’s lived experiences, supported by academic theory and research evidence, to formulate a new approach to youth justice.
